Put drained pineapple in 2-quart casserole. Combine sugar and flour.

together. Add remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Brown bread cubes in butter.
(This may be done ahead of time.) Mix well beaten eggs, can of pineapple, flour and sugar.
Place in buttered casserole.
Toss bread cubes in lightly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until set.
