Hot Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    6 Tbsp. sifted flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 rolls Ritz crackers
    1 1/2 sticks melted butter
    6 Tbsp. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Mix together in 1 bowl the drained pineapple and cheese.
    In another bowl mix flour, pineapple juice and sugar.
    Pour this over the pineapple and cheese mixture; toss until well coated.
    Pour this into a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Melt butter and crumble crackers; mix together and spread on top of the mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
