Hot Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    35 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 large can chunk pineapple
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Drain pineapple. Mix flour and sugar. Add drained pineapple. Gently stir thoroughly. Pour into buttered glass loaf pan. Mix the cracker crumbs with melted butter and cover the top of the casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
