Hot Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans (20 oz.) chunk pineapple, drained
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Put drained pineapple in 2-quart casserole. Combine sugar and flour.
Sprinkle over pineapple. Sprinkle on grated cheese, then crackers.
Pour melted margarine over the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
