Hot Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans chunk pineapple
1 c. sugar (3/4 c. white, 1/4 c. brown)
5 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick melted oleo
Preparation

Mix flour and sugar together and pour over pineapple.
Put in greased baking dish.
Add cheese on top and sprinkle crackers over that.
Melt margarine and pour over that.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
