Hot Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lg. cans crushed pineapple, drained
    3/4 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 stick melted margarine or butter
Preparation
    Put pineapple in greased 8 X 8 glass baking dish. Mix sugar & flour together. Sprinkle sugar/flour mixture over pineapple. Layer cheese on top of flour mixture. Sprinkle crackers over cheese. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Serve hot. Great with pork or poultry!
