Hot Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
1 c. crushed buttery-flavored crackers (Ritz or other brand)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Drain the pineapple, saving 3 tablespoons of the juice.
Combine flour, sugar and juice.
Add the cheese and pineapple; stir well.
Pour into a 1-quart casserole dish.
Combine the butter and crushed crackers and spread on top of the pineapple mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
