Hot Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans crushed pineapple, drain and reserve juice
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. grated cheese
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Put pineapple juice in large boiler.
Mix sugar and flour together.
Beat in eggs.
Add to pineapple juice and cook until thickened.
Add cream cheese (cut in small pieces) and stir until melted.
Add pineapple and marshmallows.
Pour into casserole dish and top with grated cheese.
Cook at 400\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
