Hot Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1/2 c. sugar or 3/4 c.
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. pineapple juice (from can)
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese (medium or mild okay too)
    1/2 sleeve Ritz crackers, crumbled
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Grease or Pam 1-quart casserole.
    Place pineapple chunks in casserole.
    Mix sugar, flour and pineapple juice and pour over pineapple chunks.
    Spread cheese over mixture.
    Melt butter and mix into cracker crumbs.
    Put over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
