Hot Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

2 cans chunk-style pineapple
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
1 c. margarine
Preparation

Drain pineapple and place in bottom of 2-quart casserole.
Mix cheese, sugar, flour and Ritz crackers (which are crumbled coarsely) and sprinkle over pineapple.
Melt margarine and drizzle over casserole.
Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
