Hot Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, reserve juice
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 roll of Ritz cracker, crushed
4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Combine sugar and flour in casserole dish.
Add pineapple and cheese.
Pour in 1/3 of the pineapple juice and stir well.
In separate bowl, combine butter and cracker crumbs.
Mix well.
Put on top of pineapple mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
