Hot Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans chunk pineapple
2 Tbsp. flour
2 stacks Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Grease casserole dish. Drain pineapple and pour into casserole.
Add sugar and flour mixture on top, then grated Cheddar cheese.
Melt butter and crumble Ritz crackers onto top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Good with chicken, turkey or ham.
