Easy Chicken No Rice Casserole

Measure out soup and place in regular size glass bowl.
Drain canned chicken and dump in bowl.
Cook broccoli until fork tender in microwave or on stove top, drain and place on top of chicken.
Measure out cheese and stir all ingredients together.
Place in microwave, uncovered.
Cook on High for 3 minutes.
Stir.
Cook another 2-3 minutes or until the casserole is hot all the way through.

Cook macaroni in salted water for 15 minutes; drain.
Chop pepper and onion.
Cook in small amount of water until tender. Add meat, cook 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Crab Meat Casserole

Place artichokes in bottom of baking dish.
Spread a layer of crab meat.
Add a layer of sauteed mushrooms.
Melt butter in saucepan; add remaining ingredients except cheese, stirring well after each addition to form a smooth sauce.
Pour over artichoke-crab-mushroom layers and sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.

No-Peek Casserole

Put all together in casserole dish; cover tightly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
Serve over rice or noodles.
Might need a little water added before serving.

No Peek Casserole

Combine ingredients well in a 2-quart casserole, (I use a roaster).
Cover.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
Don't peek until it is done.
Serve over rice or noodles.

Pizza Casserole

Brown meat and onion.
In Dutch oven, heat Prego, tomato sauce, diced green pepper, mushrooms and pepperoni.
Cook pastas; drain and add to sauce.
Mix well.
Pour into a large glass dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Spread cheese on top; bake for 5 minutes.
Let set 5 minutes before you cut.

No Peek Casserole

Combine meat (uncooked) with other ingredients in crock-pot. Do not add water.
Cook on low 8 hours or high 3 to 4 hours. Serve over egg noodles.

No-Peek Casserole

Cut beef in bite sizes.

Meat Casserole

Place cubed meat in bottom of buttered casserole.
Pour mushroom soup over meat.
Rinse cans out with water and add to meat.
Then add 1 pkg onion soup mix and cooking sherry.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven until almost done.
The last 1/2 hour of cooking add mushrooms and sour cream.
Serve on potatoes, rice or noodles.

Imitation Crab Meat Casserole

Cube crab meat, Velveeta cheese and Cheddar cheese.
Cook soup with milk and melt in both cheeses.
Arrange crab meat in bottom of casserole dish.
Pour cheese mixture over crab meat.
Crush 8 to 10 Ritz crackers and sprinkle over top.
Dab with butter.
Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.

Crab Meat Casserole

Crumble 1 1/2 slices of toasted bread into crab meat and combine ingredients with milk blended with mayonnaise.
With other 1 1/2 slices of toasted bread, grate and sprinkle over top of casserole.
Dot butter on top. Put in stove and cook until warm through.
Serve.

Ground Meat Casserole

Brown meat and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add onion and green pepper.
Simmer 30 minutes and then drain off any excess grease.
Next, add tomato and mushroom soup.
Simmer for 10 minutes.

Add macaroni and beans with meat mixture in casserole dish.
Top with grated cheese and place in oven at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Serves 8.

Ground Meat Casserole

Brown ground meat and drain fat.
Mix ground meat, cheese and soups.
Add onion rings.
Top casserole with more onion rings and cheese, as desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 to 25 minutes.

Broccoli And Crab Meat Casserole

Grease bottom and side of casserole size pan or casserole dish with butter or margarine.
Place separated broccoli on bottom of pan.
Layer crab meat on top; layer the soup on top of the crab meat (water the inside of the soup can slightly to assure obtaining all the soup); sprinkle grated
Cheddar cheese and then place croutons on top.
Cover with aluminum foil or dish top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and allow to set a few minutes before serving.
Yields 4 large servings or 8 small servings.

Add tomato sauce and seasonings.
In separate bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese and olives (mix in blender).
Line casserole with half of cooked noodles.
Top with cheese mixture.
Cover with remaining noodles and top with meat mixture.
Bake in 2-quart casserole for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.

Crab Meat Casserole

Make a cream sauce with butter, flour and cream.
Add salt, pepper and sherry.
Remove from heat and add crab meat.
Pour the mixture into buttered casserole or individual baking dishes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cook in hot oven until cheese melts.
