Meat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pounds meat, cut in cubes
    2 cans golden mushroom soup OR 1 can golden and 1 can regular mushroom soup
    1 pkg onion soup mix
    1/3 c. cooking sherry
    2 small cans mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Place cubed meat in bottom of buttered casserole.
    Pour mushroom soup over meat.
    Rinse cans out with water and add to meat.
    Then add 1 pkg onion soup mix and cooking sherry.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven until almost done.
    The last 1/2 hour of cooking add mushrooms and sour cream.
    Serve on potatoes, rice or noodles.
