Crab Meat Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can artichoke hearts
1 lb. crab meat
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sauteed
4 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. medium dry sherry
paprika to taste
cayenne to taste
pepper to taste
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Place artichokes in bottom of baking dish.
Spread a layer of crab meat.
Add a layer of sauteed mushrooms.
Melt butter in saucepan; add remaining ingredients except cheese, stirring well after each addition to form a smooth sauce.
Pour over artichoke-crab-mushroom layers and sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
