No-Peek Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless stew meat or roast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (14 oz.) can drained mushrooms
    1/4 c. red wine or beef broth
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Cut beef in bite sizes.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Put in casserole and cover.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Do not peek. Good served over rice or noodles.
