No-Peek Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat, cut in small pieces
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1/2 c. dry red wine (Burgundy)
Preparation
    Put all together in casserole dish; cover tightly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Might need a little water added before serving.
