Dairy Meat Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. green pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
3 c. cooked noodles
2 cans tomato sauce (Hunt's; small)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. chopped olives (green and ripe)
Preparation

Brown meat, onion and green pepper in butter.
Add tomato sauce and seasonings.
In separate bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese and olives (mix in blender).
Line casserole with half of cooked noodles.
Top with cheese mixture.
Cover with remaining noodles and top with meat mixture.
Bake in 2-quart casserole for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
