Crab Meat Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. white crab meat
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 pt. cream
4 Tbsp. sherry
3/4 c. sharp grated cheese
Preparation

Make a cream sauce with butter, flour and cream.
Add salt, pepper and sherry.
Remove from heat and add crab meat.
Pour the mixture into buttered casserole or individual baking dishes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cook in hot oven until cheese melts.
Serves 4.
