For the Lemon Pound Cake:
Preheat oven to 325\

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add flour and flavor.
Stir in Seven-Up.
Bake in well-greased floured Bundt pan at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes.
Cream butter and sugar well; add eggs, one at a time.
Add flour and extract, then add Seven-Up last.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
(You may have to adjust baking time according to your individual oven.)
Dice up pound cake to cover bottom of 13 x 9-inch cake pan. Sprinkle small can of drained crushed pineapple over this.
Mix instant vanilla pudding according to directions on package and pour over cake and pineapple.

Spoon into pan and bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into center of cake.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Invert onto cake plate.

Mix cake mix, oil, pudding, 4 eggs and Seven-Up.
Beat until creamy.
Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for 50 minutes in a 300\u00b0 oven. While cake is baking, mix sugar, margarine, pineapple and juice, 2 eggs and flour in medium saucepan.
Boil for 1 minute.
Add 1 cup coconut, if desired. Pour on cake while it is still hot.
In large bowl, cream butter and Crisco with sugar.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each egg.
Add extract, then beat the flour in slowly.
Fold in 7-Up.
Bake in a well greased floured tube pan or Bundt pan at 325\u00b0 for an hour and 15 minutes or until done.
Cool in pan for 15 minutes.
You may add a glaze if desired.
