Butter a large deep casserole dish.
Cube or shred
Crumble and brown sausage and drain off fat.
In a mixing bowl beat eggs and add milk.
Add cubed bread, salt and mustard.
Add cheese and sausage.
Pour into glass dish (8 x 13-inch) and refrigerate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
Set out and cut.
In a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish, place the bread and sprinkle the sausage over it.
Beat eggs, salt and half and half.
Pour over the bread and sausage.
Sprinkle cheese over the mixture.
Let stand overnight.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.

Mix soup, milk and sausage.
Pour in baking dish (2 1/2-quart) with 1/4 cup milk.
Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over sausage mix.
Place cheese on top.

Place 6 slices of bread in 3-quart baking dish.
Spread 1/2 of cheese and sausage (mixed) over that.

Brown sausage and drain well. Cook macaroni as directed on package, drain well. Combine sausage and macaroni in a sprayed casserole dish. Slightly beat egg and mix with soup. Combine with macaroni and sausage. Sprinkle crumbs on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Cover with slices of Cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle with onion.
Cook and crumble the sausage; drain and cool a bit and layer over the onion.

Add sausage.
Beat eggs and milk together and pour over sausage.

Spread cream of mushroom soup over top.
Cover with foil.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.

Mix eggs, milk and seasonings. Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a greased casserole dish. Pour egg mixture over layered mixture.
Refrigerate overnight or 2 to 3 hours before baking.

Trim crust from bread if desired.

Place croutons in greased casserole.

Cook sausage in skillet and drain.
Then place sausage over cheese. Beat eggs and mix with mustard, milk, soup and mushrooms.
Pour over sausage and bake in preheated oven at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Best if prepared and refrigerated overnight.
Combine butter, onion and green pepper.
Microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes.
Mix with shredded potatoes.
Spread mixture evenly in pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes while browning sausage in skillet.
In separate dish, mix eggs, milk, seasoning and 1/2 cup cheese.
Pour 1/2 of mixture over crust. Sprinkle with sausage.
Pour remaining egg mixture over sausage. Top with remaining cheese (and more shredded potatoes, if desired).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.

Pour mixture of egg, milk, salt and dry mustard over all. Put in refrigerator until morning.
