Egg And Sausage Casserole(Family Favorite On Christmas Morning) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground pork sausage, browned and drained
    2 1/4 c. milk
    10 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 slices white bread, cubed
    1/2 tsp. chopped chives
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large skillet, brown sausage. Drain and set aside.
    In a large bowl, combine milk, eggs, dry mustard and salt.
    Beat for 1 minute at medium speed.
    Stir in cheese, bread cubes and sausage.
    Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
