Egg And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 slices bread
    butter
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    5 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Brown the sausage in skillet and drain.
    Put the 6 slices of bread, buttered generously, buttered side down, in an oblong casserole dish.
    Put sausage on top of bread.
    Then layer shredded sharp cheese on top of sausage.
    Mix eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard.
    Pour this on top.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    This can be made the evening before.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
