Egg And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large pieces sausage or roll of Bob Evans (2 lb.)
6 to 8 pieces bread, cut into thirds or fourths
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
-
Brown sausage.
Spray casserole with vegetable spray. Put bread on bottom of baking dish.
Add sausage.
Beat eggs and milk together and pour over sausage.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Spread cream of mushroom soup over top.
Cover with foil.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
