Egg And Sausage Casserole(Night Before Breakfast) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. sausage, browned and drained
6 slices bread, cubed and crusts removed
5 oz. grated mild Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese.
Pour mixture of egg, milk, salt and dry mustard over all. Put in refrigerator until morning.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered, with foil.
Slit foil several times on top.
Serves approximately 15.
