Cheese, Egg And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. American cheese, shredded
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and minced
    6 slices white bread, crust removed
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs with mustard, milk, salt and butter.
    Make 2 layers: bread, sausage and cheese.
    Repeat.
    Pour egg mixture over top. Put some shredded cheese on top.
    Use a greased 9-inch square pan or something similar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Serves 6.
    This should be made the night before so it can soak.
    Can be frozen.
