Mix eggs,
milk
and salt.
Butter both sides of bread. Dip bread in egg
mixture.
Put on bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass dish with
spaces
between
edges
of bread (6 slices).\tLayer cheese on top.
Break up remaining bread into small pieces and scatter over cheese mix.
Pour remaining egg mixture on top of casserole. Sprinkle with pepper.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

Melt butter and add flour.
Cook 2 minutes. Slowly add milk and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Add Cheez Whiz.
Cool to room temperature.
Add sour cream.
Slice eggs and layer with cream sauce, mushrooms and bacon in large casserole. Repeat layers, ending with bacon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly. Serve over English muffins.
