Brunch Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain croutons
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
    dash of pepper
    4 slices bacon, crispy and crumbled
Preparation
    Grease a 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
    Combine croutons and cheese in bottom of pan.
    Combine eggs, milk and spices.
    Mix until blended.
    Pour over crouton mixture in casserole.
    Sprinkle bacon over top of casserole and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 55 to 60 minutes or until eggs are set.
    Yields 6 servings.
