Brunch Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. croutons
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
10 slices bacon
Preparation

Combine croutons and cheese; put on bottom of a casserole. Mix other ingredients until well blended.
Pour over croutons. Crumble cooked bacon on top.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes at 325\u00b0. Serves 6.
