Brunch Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. croutons
4 large eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 large jalapeno pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
1 Tbsp. butter
dash of garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 or 5 crisp fried bacon slices, crumbled
Preparation

Butter 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Put 2 cups seasoned croutons in casserole.
Add milk and shredded cheese (layered). Beat eggs.
Mix with onion, jalapeno pepper, black pepper, seasoning salt and garlic powder.
Pour over croutons and cheese. Crumble crisp bacon over top of egg mixture.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until well done.
Eat this while it is still warm.
