Brunch Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain croutons
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. onion powder
pepper
4 slices bacon
Preparation

Cook bacon until crisp; drain.
In bottom of 10 x 5 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish combine croutons and cheese.
Combine slightly beaten eggs and next 5 ingredients.
Pour over crouton mixture in casserole dish.
Sprinkle bacon over top of casserole. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes, until eggs are set.
Garnish with bacon curls if desired.
