Brunch Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain croutons
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded natural Cheddar cheese
5 slightly beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. onion salt
dash of pepper
4 slices bacon
Preparation

In bottom of greased 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish, combine plain croutons and Cheddar cheese.
Combine eggs, milk, prepared mustard, onion salt and pepper.
Mix until blended.
Pour over crouton mixture in casserole.
Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.
Sprinkle over top of casserole and bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until eggs are set.
Garnish with bacon curls, if desired.
