Brunch Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain croutons
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. onion powder
dash of pepper
4 slices bacon
Preparation

In bottom of greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish, combine croutons and cheese.
Combine eggs, milk, salt, mustard and onion powder. Mix until blended.
Pour over crouton mixture in casserole.
Cook bacon until crisp.
Drain and crumble.
Sprinkle over casserole. Set aside 1/4 for garnish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes. Garnish with remaining bacon.
