Brunch Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups seasoned croutons
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    4 slightly beaten eggs
    2 cups milk
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
    1/8 teaspoon onion powder
    dash of pepper
    4 slices of bacon
Preparation
    In bottom of greased 10x6x1 3/4-inch baking dish, combine croutons and cheese.
    In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, and seasonings.
    Mix until blended.
    Pour over crouton mixture in baking dish.
    Cook 4 slices of bacon until crisp, drain and crumble.
    Sprinkle over the top of casserole.
    Bake in 325 degree oven for 55-60 minutes or until eggs are set.
