Brunch Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. toasted bread cubes
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    8 slightly beaten eggs
    4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. bacon bits
Preparation
    Spread bread cubes in bottom of greased 13 1/2 x 8 3/4 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle cheese over bread.
    Blend eggs, milk, pepper, salt, mustard and onion.
    Pour over bread and cheese mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until egg mixture is set (40 to 45 minutes).
    Sprinkle bacon bits over casserole last 10 minutes or baking.
    Serves 10.
