Brunch Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. croutons (plain)
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix croutons and cheese.
    Put in bottom of a greased large casserole.
    Mix other ingredients and pour over crouton-cheese layer.
    Crumble 4 slices of cooked bacon on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until eggs are set.
