Brunch Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 c. sliced bacon or ham
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. ground mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 qt. milk
Preparation
    Break bread into small pieces; place in well-greased baking dish (9 x 13-inches).
    Cut cheese into cubes and sprinkle over bread.
    Sprinkle ham or bacon over cheese, then pour margarine over ham or bacon.
    Beat eggs with mustard, salt and milk, then pour over casserole.
    Chill in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 1 hour or until firm.
