Salsa Fish

Rinse and pat dry Fish.
Place fish in a glass casserole dish. Pour 1/2 to 3/4 of the Salsa Sauce covering the Fish.
Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until fish is done.

Salsa Dip

Using a 13 x 9-inch pan, spread cream cheese across the bottom.
Layer refried beans (optional).
Layer on salsa sauce. Mix cheeses together and layer on top.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly.
Serve with corn or tortilla chips.

Mexican Dip

Spread refried beans on serving dish.
Then layer on green chiles.
Mix taco seasoning mix with 1/2 of the jar of chunky salsa sauce.
Layer this on serving dish.
Add grated Cheddar cheese.
Layer sour cream.
Spread the chopped green scallions. Then sprinkle remainder of salsa sauce on top.
Keep refrigerated. Can use corn chips or tostadas to scoop the dip up.
Use 12 x 8 x 2-inch dish or round plate.

Grilled Salmon With Salsa

Grill salmon

coals, after brushing with 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Turn one time and cook 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes.
Serve with salsa sauce.
(If
steaks
are large, cut in half.) For sauce: Mix the vegetables
and
seasonings with 1/4 cup of olive oil. Place 1/3 of
the
mixture
in
blender
or food processor and blend 1 minute.
Stir
the blended mixture into the remaining chopped vegetables.
Serves 4.

Walking Tostitos

Using a large platter, spread the ingredients according to the order listed (except the tortilla chips and salsa sauce).
Chill in refrigerator for one hour.
When ready to serve, pour salsa sauce over and insert tortilla chips around the edges of platter.

Delicious Lunch Or Dinner Omelette

br>Mix remaining ingredients, except salsa sauce.
Pour mixture into skillet

Taco Dip

Combine softened cream cheese and sour cream.
Set aside. Chop lettuce into small pieces.
Set aside.
Drain salsa into colander.
Set aside.
Shred Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese.
Mix together.
Set aside.
Slice olives to make rings.
Set aside.
On a serving platter, layer as follows: cream cheese, sour cream mixture, shredded lettuce, salsa sauce, shredded cheese mixture and olive slices.
Serve with nachos in a bowl on the side.

Mexican Dip

Mix cream cheese and sour cream together; spread on a platter or tray.
Spread salsa sauce on next.
Sprinkle browned hamburg over salsa sauce.
Sprinkle chopped green pepper and tomatoes over top and then grated Cheddar cheese.
You can add other vegetables, if you wish.

Bean Dip

Brown ground beef; drain grease off of beef.
Add beans; stir in sour cream, then add cheese and salsa sauce.
Let it cook for about 15 minutes and serve with nacho chips.

Fiesta Appetizer

In a bowl, mash the avocados with lemon juice.
Spread mixture evenly in the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
Spread sour cream evenly over avocado mixture.
Spoon sauce over sour cream layer. Sprinkle green onions over salsa sauce.
Top with cheese.
Cover and chill for several hours.
Serve with chips.

Taco Salad Dip

Line dish (round or pie pan) with beans.
Spread avocado on top of beans.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco sauce together; spread over avocado.
Spread salsa sauce over mixture.
Sprinkle tomato, onion and then the cheese on top.
Serve with taco or corn chips.

Nacho Dip

Place cream cheese in 9-inch round serving dish and place into microwave on Low; melt for one minute.
Spread cream cheese over bottom of dish.
Spread salsa sauce over the cream cheese, then sprinkle the cheese over salsa.
Then cover with Saran Wrap.
Place in microwave for 5 minutes on Medium-high or until cheese melts. Take out of microwave and let stand for one minute.

Silverado Taco Casserole

In a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole, place half of the broken taco shells.
In skillet, brown beef until crumbled; drain. Add taco seasoning mix and water.
Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Stir in onion and tomato sauce.
Spoon meat mixture over shells. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of cheese.
Place remaining taco chips over cheese.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serve with salsa sauce.

Chicken Burrito

Boil chicken 1 hour.
Add salt to your taste.
Cool for 25 minutes.
Take chicken off bones.
Cut chicken with food chopper. Place in large skillet.
Add salsa sauce and enchilada sauce. Simmer over low heat for 25 minutes.
Serve over brown rice.

International Pork

Cut pork tenderloin into 1/8-inch thick slices by 1/2-inch wide.
Marinate in Italian salad dressing overnight.
Clean green pepper and cut into 1/4-inch strips.
Clean Spanish onion and cut into slices.
Cut 16 Greek olives into quarters.
In small bowl, add olives, 1 tablespoon Chinese hot mustard, 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1/2 cup salsa sauce.

Mexican Lasagna

Combine beef, beans, oregano, cumin and garlic powder.
Place four of the uncooked lasagna noodles in the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Spread half the beef mixture over the noodles.
Top with 4 more noodles.
Combine water and salsa sauce.
Pour over all.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until noodles are tender.
Combine sour cream, onions and olives. Spoon over casserole.
Top with cheese.
Bake uncovered until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
Yields 12 servings.

Mexican Dip

Brown lean hamburger and sausage in large skillet.
Drain off fat.
Add Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes.
Stir until cheese melts. Add soup and salsa sauce.
Serve warm with your choice of corn chips.

Cheese Salsa Dip

Microwave cheese and picante sauce in a 1 1/2 quart microwavable bowl on High for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring after 3 minutes.
Stir in cilantro.
Serve hot with tortilla chips or vegetable dippers.
Yield: 3 cups.

Cold Taco Dip

Blend cream cheese with sour cream (with electric mixer).
Add taco seasoning and mix.
Pour in dish.
Drain salsa sauce well and sprinkle over mixture.
Place shredded lettuce on top, then fresh tomato and then shredded cheese.
Serve cold with taco chips. Serves 10.

Mexican Taco Dip

Mix cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning all together. Shape into a mound on a plate.
Spread salsa sauce over top. Sprinkle chopped ingredients over top.
Sprinkle cheese over top last.
Serve chilled with corn tortilla chips.
