International Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork tenderloin
    1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. Greek olive oil
    1 large green pepper
    1 large Spanish onion
    24 Greek black olives
    4 soft burrito shells
    1 Tbsp. Chinese hot mustard
    1/4 c. Oriental soy sauce
    1/2 c. Mexican salsa sauce
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    sour cream
Preparation
    Cut pork tenderloin into 1/8-inch thick slices by 1/2-inch wide.
    Marinate in Italian salad dressing overnight.
    Clean green pepper and cut into 1/4-inch strips.
    Clean Spanish onion and cut into slices.
    Cut 16 Greek olives into quarters.
    In small bowl, add olives, 1 tablespoon Chinese hot mustard, 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1/2 cup salsa sauce.
