Start with layer of thinly sliced potatoes, salt, pepper and butter.\tContinue with as many layers as you wish.
Put chopped onion and grated cheese on at least 2 or 3 layers.
Warm milk (microwave is fine).
Pour this over layers of potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.\tAbout 15 minutes before done, put cheese on top.

Toss potato slices in 1 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar; drain.
Put half of potatoes in greased crock-pot.
Top with half of the onion slices, flour, salt and pepper.

Add butter and undiluted soup.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours.
Add cheese 30 minutes before serving.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Arrange thinly sliced potatoes in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Layer butter slices on top of potatoes. Season with salt and black pepper.

Bake in preheated oven until sauce has thickened and potatoes are tender, 45 to 60 minutes.

In saucepan, combine package Pasta Prima Alfredo Sauce Mix with butter and milk.
Bring to a boil over medium heat whisking frequently.
Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
In a 2 quart lightly greased casserole dish alternate layers of sliced potatoes and sliced onions with prepared sauce.
Cover and microwave on medium high 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender, gently stirring 3 times during cooking.
Let stand 3 minutes before serving.

German Fried Potatoes

Stir Tabasco into salad oil in large skillet.
Heat.
Add onion, thinly sliced potatoes and fry covered, turning occasionally until potatoes are tender and golden.
Sprinkle with salt.
Yields 6 servings.

Combine soup, milk, salt and pepper and set aside. Place a layer of sliced potatoes in casserole dish. Add a layer of ham and onion slices. Repeat until used. Pour soup mixture over all. Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour. Uncover and add cheese, then sprinkle with paprika for added garnish. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and return to oven for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Pour boiling water in the pan to within 1-inch of the rack.

Butter 1 1/2-quart casserole. Layer with half of the sliced potatoes and onion.
Sprinkle with half the flour, salt, pepper and cheese.
Dot with half the butter.
Repeat layers.
Cover with milk.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour or until potatoes are tender and top is browned.
Serves 6.

Cover 4 quart greased casserole dish with thinly sliced potatoes.
Sprinkle onion salt, pepper, salt and parsley flakes to taste.

Cheddar Scalloped Potatoes

Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease/spray a 13\" x 9\" baking pan.
Place thinly sliced potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Add onion, flour, salt, white pepper, paprika, ground mustard, parsley and 1 1/2 cups of the shredded cheddar. Toss to mix well. Place this mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Pour heavy cream and milk over top. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Cover and bake at 375 for 50-60 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 25-30 minutes or until top is to desired browness/bubbliness.

Pork Chops And Scalloped Potatoes

Amish Brown Sugar Ham Steak And Scalloped Potato Skillet, Vintag

In 10\" skillet brown ham in oleo and brown sugar. Remove ham, pour off fat (usually not necessary).
Mix in same skillet, the soup, milk, water, onion, salt & pepper. Stir in 3 c thinly sliced potatoes and carrots.
Cover, cook over low heat stirring now and then, until veggies are tender, about 35 minutes. Lift veggies from the bottom so they don't stick.
Place whole ham slice or cut in serving size pieces and place on top of veggies. Cover and cook about 10 minutes more.
