Pork Chops And Potato Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. finely cut onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    4 pork chops
Preparation
    Grease 2-quart baking dish with cover.
    Place in bottom of dish 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes.
    Pour over potatoes a mixture of cream of celery soup, evaporated milk, onions, salt and pepper. Trim fat from pork chops and brown chops on both sides in small amount of oil.
    After browning, place chops on top of soup mixture and potatoes.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are tender.
