German Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. thinly sliced raw potatoes
1 large onion, sliced
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation

Stir Tabasco into salad oil in large skillet.
Heat.
Add onion, thinly sliced potatoes and fry covered, turning occasionally until potatoes are tender and golden.
Sprinkle with salt.
Yields 6 servings.
