2 thinly sliced potatoes
5 diagonally sliced Chinese sausages
Preparation

Put sliced potatoes in a shallow dish. Add sliced Chinese sausages on top of potatoes.
Set dish on a rack in a pan.
Pour boiling water in the pan to within 1-inch of the rack.
Cover and bring to boiling and steam 45 minutes.
