Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 shredded sharp cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    In prepared baking dish, alternate layers of thinly sliced potatoes, onion, cheese, salt, pepper and butter.
    Combine soup and milk; pour over potatoes.
    Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
