Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes with skin, thinly sliced
    green pepper, chopped
    onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Alternate in casserole layers of thinly sliced potatoes with skin, chopped green pepper and onion.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Mix mushroom soup with milk and pour over potatoes. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
