Mushroom Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated American cheese
    2 Tbsp. finely cut pimento
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
Preparation
    Mix mushroom soup, cheese, pimento and salt into milk and stir well.
    Add sliced potatoes.
    Put into a well-greased 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
