Combine cream cheese, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce. Spread approximately 1/2-inch thick on serving dish.
Top with cocktail sauce.

Saute celery, green pepper, garlic and parsley in butter for 10 minutes; cool.

Grease shallow baking dish with vegetable oil (I use the kind from a spray can)
Wash and dry completely the monk fish, season both sides of the fillets with salt and pepper
Divide the crab meat into four equal size portions and place the crab on each fillet, roll up and secure with a tooth pick.
Top each rolled fillet with 1 1/2 Tablespoon of mushroom soup
Place fillets in greased dish (uncovered)bake for 25 minutes
Mix first 5 ingredients; spread over a plate.
Spread chili sauce over cheese mixture.
Sprinkle crab meat over sauce and top with shredded parsley.
Scoop with crackers.
Mix and heat ingredients and add crab meat at the end.
Shred crab meat into small pieces.
Blend in a small bowl, softened cream cheese with Worcestershire sauce, half and half, shredded crab meat, onion and horseradish sauce.
Mix lightly, but well.
Butter small baking dish and fill with crab mixture. Sprinkle with almonds and bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.

Combine crab meat, Worcestershire sauce and mayonnaise in 1 1/2-quart casserole; mix well.

Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 9-inch pie pan.
Melt margarine in skillet over medium heat.
Add bell pepper, green onions and garlic.
Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Stir in flour and pepper; cook 1 minute.
Gradually add milk.
Cook until mixture boils, stirring constantly.
Stir in Parmesan cheese.
Remove from heat.
Fold in crab meat.
Melt butter; add peppers and onions.
Cook 5 minutes.
Add flour and milk, then crab meat, salt and nutmeg.

add milk and cool until it thickens.
Add slightly beaten egg yolk and shredded crab meat and seasonings.

Chill grapefruit and crab meat in cans.
Drain grapefruit. Flake crab meat, removing bony tissue.
Alternate grapefruit and crab meat in cocktail glasses.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Pour over grapefruit and crab meat.

In a medium-size saucepan, cook rice according to directions; let cool.
In a large bowl, combine rice, crab meat, peas, carrots and scallions; mix well.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, pepper and garlic powder; stir.
Stir this into rice mixture, tossing to coat.
Chill salad.
On a platter, arrange bed of lettuce and top with salad.
Put 6 slices of bread in bottom of 13 x 17-inch casserole. Over this, put cheese and crab meat (be sure to remove scales, etc.).
Put 6 more slices of bread on top of this so that it looks like sandwiches.
Pour over this mixture the eggs, milk and salt. Let stand overnight.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
Sometimes needs 1 1/4 hours.
Serve cream of mushroom soup to which you have added fresh mushrooms as sauce over this.
On small pizza pan, spread cream cheese, making a raised border by pinching up edges.
Spread sauce inside cream cheese border.
Spread crab meat evenly on top.
Serve with crackers around rim of pan.
Combine soups in saucepan; add milk and cream.
Stir well; heat but not boil.
Add crab meat.
Add sherry just before serving. Place piece of butter in bottom of soup tureen or place pat of butter in bottom of individual bowls.
Pour hot soup over; serve immediately.
