Baked Crab Meat Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. canned crab meat
    1 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 9-inch pie pan.
    Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
    Add bell pepper, green onions and garlic.
    Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes until vegetables are tender. Stir in flour and pepper.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Gradually add milk. Cook until mixture boils, stirring constantly.
    Stir in Parmesan cheese.
    Remove from heat.
    Fold in crab meat.
    Pour into greased pan.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
    Serve with Melba toast rounds.
