Crab Appetizers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. cheese spread
3/4 c. butter
1 lb. crab meat
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
2 pkg. English muffins
Preparation

Melt cheese and butter.
Add shredded crab meat and chopped mushrooms.
Spoon on quartered, lightly toasted muffins.
Place under broiler until slightly browned.
Makes 12 to 14 servings.
