Crab Meat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. cheese cracker crumbs
    1 can crab meat, shredded
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine butter and flour in saucepan over low heat; add milk gradually.
    Add salt and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Line baking dish with crumbs; add layers of crab meat, cheese and white sauce.
    Repeat layers until used up.
    Place crumbs on top.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
